A Royal Dux Woman on Waterfall 440 porcelain figure from the 1912 era with superb detail. This beautifully modeled 15-3/4" Bohemian porcelain figurine depicts a nude woman perched on rocks over a waterfall. This figure has a matte grey glaze with gold highlights. It is replete with much bocage including branches; her face is attractive and finely painted. It has the orange Royal Dux applied triangle mark with an impressed 440 pattern number along with a painted 35 and it dates to the 1910 era. This item is in very good condition with no cracks, crazing, losses, damage or repairs other than a small chip to the bocage and some darkening from soot (it was in a house that suffered a fire). A Sadler green with gold roses Victorian style teapot with booklet circa 1960. This 7" tall and 9-1/2" along the spout and handle teapot has a 3852 (or 3552) pattern number and it features green trim with gold decoration and roses stenciling. It includes a multi-page booklet detailing instructions and history and by the 3-digit Ontario area code it dates to the very early 1960s. Unusual in shape, this decorative breakfast or teatime serving accessory is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, crazing, damage or repairs other than a very slight touch of gold rubbing on a 1" area of the upper teapot rim and some minor bending to the booklet. A scarce 19th century ironstone 6-3/8" plate in the scarce Canadian pattern retailed and signed by F.T. Thomas, Quebec, Canada. This brown transfer plate features a view of Montmorency Fall Winter View and it has the pattern's beaver, vine and flower border. A scarce Adams Isola Bella ironstone teapot c1860. This survivor English ironstone teapot measures 10-1/2" from spout to handle and it stands 7-3/4" tall. It has the Adams mark in use from 1819-64, and this table accessory is in very good condition with no losses, damage or repairs other than a hairline crack at the handle, some staining to the finial and some minor chipping to the inside rim under the lid. It has the expected frit and irregularities from the making in a piece this old. A scarce Crown Devon England pink Chinoiserie lamp from the 1920s. This ceramic table lamp is in the Chinoiserie style in an attractive mottled pink with hand painted gold decoration. This English earthenware 12-1/2" tall lamp (body) resembles a covered jar. It sits on an ornate patterned gilt brass base and it has a double S style horizontal twin light socket set with pull-chains. It stands a total height of 25" and it has been rewired. The base is fastened tightly to the porcelain and we were unable to dismantle the lamp to show the marks. This unusual lamp is in mostly excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than the re-wiring, the replacement of one of the dark patinated original sockets with a modern version, glaze crazing and the absence of a finial. Cut from an elegant glass blank (Radiance from New Martinsville ), this 6" across dish has the original handled domed lid, and both pieces have the etched Cornflower design. A scarce sterling silver filigree posey holder pin circa 1900 1910. This antique 2-1/4" long and 1" across (unmarked but tested) fantastic posy or corsage brooch is an example of ornate and very fine silver work. The ball and wire end makes me think it may be an older Indonesian / Yogya piece. It was assembled from three separate sections of filigree silver. It may be older than our estimate. This possible bridal item either started out as a flower bouquet holder and had the pin added or was always a posy-pin. It has a c-clasp. It can readily be converted to (or back to) a small bouquet holder. It weighs 12.6 grams, and it is in excellent condition for its age and fineness, with no corrosion or repairs other than what appears to be a small section of missing wire and the c-clasp has been repaired. A scarce WMF boy with snail pewter card tray circa 1900. This original period Art Nouveau oval calling card salver measures 11" x 5-3/8". it was made in Germany by WMF. WMF is the short form in current company use by the highly regarded German metal manufacturer Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik which began in 1853 in Geislingen an der Steige. This tray has the 210 embossed pattern number and WMFB 0X under the boy's hair on the back. It is all original and not a reproduction and we haven't polished it preferring to maintain the wonderful patina only developed with age (many are over-polished or have been silver plated). This item is in excellent condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than the warm and attractive patina from age and use. A truly fine example of Art Nouveau design. A Scheurich blue and brown Fat Lava German art pottery vase from the 1970s. This 10-1/2" tall retro modern vase features an upper portion in deep blue glaze with an expanse of brown and white "lava" on the lower section. A pair of Schoffel gold and hematite rhinestone earrings circa 1950-60. This cool vintage pair of gold plated rhinestone earrings is by Schoffel & Co. of Austria. These clip-on 1-1/4" x 7/8" earrings have claw-set rhinestones in a hematite or silver colour and gold nugget colour (the hematite colour stones are round and the gold colour ones are marquise shaped). A Scottish agates sterling silver banded agate sword pin circa 1911. This handsome dirk pin features finely banded agate cased in a hand-engraved "sheath"; the hilt of the knife features a cabochon agate stone. It is fully hallmarked for Birmingham, England 1911-12, and it has the maker's or retailers mark for Adie & Lovekin. Many of these pins were made in Scotland and hallmarked in Birmingham, although some were made there as well. This 2-3/4" pin weighs 6.0 grams, it has a c-clasp, and it is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs.
