A rare late Victorian Page or Plato clock, fully hallmarked for London, England 1901. This mechanical marvel features celluloid leaves with handpainted numerals, the top dial for hours and the bottom for minutes. The mechanism flips each page over to tell the time, and it has a round case in sterling silver. Seen occasionally in brass and in lesser metals, silver is very rare and would have been extremely expensive in its day. It has bun feet, a handle and a cylinder of very thin glass for a window. It has retainers to keep the pages open and the winder and adjustment are on the bottom. It has the maker's mark for the Charles S Green & Co Ltd and it has had a professional case-off cleaning and adjusting, involving a complete piece-by-piece disassembly and reassembly. Other than the replacement of the original damaged celluloid page retainer with a hand-cut metal one and a crack and loss to the glass cylinder, this rare clock is in excellent working condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than those noted above. Please note that the cracked glass doesn't show from the front when the clock is displayed. A fine quality lady's gold filled engraved hunter case pocket watch by Regina. Trade marked by the Omega Watch Company in 1911, this example has a serial number corresponding to the period btween 1913 and 1916. The porcelain dial has black markers, a single-sunk seconds dial and blued hands. It is marked with the retailer's name A.M. GILPIN with the town name DUNNVILLE, ONT. (Canada), a small town near Hamilton. The superbly decorated hunter case is stamped 184521 SOVEREIGN GOLD FILLED with the E in a maple leaf mark for Ellis. The 28 mm. works are marked REGINA WATCH Co. SWISS 7 JEWELS 2 POSITIONS 4655766, and this watch measures 36 mm. across. This watch works fine and keeps time, however we recommend that all timepieces should be professionally cleaned and adjusted, and they are being sold as described without warranty. A Robert Allison Scottish sterling silver and genuine citrine round pin or brooch with a Greek key design. This vintage 1-1/2" round brooch is fully hallmarked for Edinburgh probably 1958 (we think - the date stamp is difficult to make out). This pin has a safety clasp and the citrene has been checked to verify that it is a genuine gem stone and it weighs 15.0 grams. These stones are sometimes referred to as smoky topaz, but they are actually a light brown citrine. It would make a handsome addition to your Scottish sash and kilt ensemble for a Scottish wedding or family event. A very early and scarce Arts and Crafts 8" American pottery vase in the Early Velmoss pattern, made by Roseville. This 10-1/8" late Victorian English ceramic rolled edge display plate features views of Winnipeg Manitoba including the Canadian buffalo, Wesley College, Seven Oaks Monument, Fort Garry, Holy Trinity Church, Deaf and Dumb Institute and City Hall and Volunteers Monument. it is stamped with the blue Rowland & Marsellus mark and it states this plate was made for the Imperial Dry Goods Co. A Royal Bayreuth woman tending ducks creamer and sugar. This 3-5/8" tall porcelain sugar bowl and matching 2-3/4" tall creamer were made by Royal Bayreuth, Bavaria (Germany) circa 1910-1920. A Royal Crown Derby Traditional Old Imari 2451 pattern demitasse cup and saucer from the 1930s. This antique 2-1/4" high straight sided cann shaped coffee cup and matching 4-1/2" saucer is entirely hand painted, with no transfer applied.
