A genuine 3 strand angel coral necklace with a carved coral drop from the 1980s. This wonderful and scarce necklace features three strands of genuine white and orange/pink angel hair coral 5.3 mm. beads and three baroque pearl and two gold bead spacers per strand. We haven't tested the gold but the coral tests as genuine and it is undyed and original in colour. The shortest strand is 28" and the hand carved floral drop measures 1-3/8 x 3/4". The workmanship is very fine and the drop's tiny linking coral beads are as small as 1.7 mm. A Victorian gold filled double slide expanding gentleman's watch fob chain. This 9-1/4" (maximum) chain shrinks to 6-1/8" when the two engraved slides are separated (which contracts the chain forming a double chain between them, shown partly drawn in our second image). It has a t-bar and a swivel as well as two textured balls which act as stops for the slides. It is stamped W.LH.&Co. on the swivel and it is a neat bit of Victorian ingenuity. A mother of pearl silver plated fruit set for 12 in the original box from the 1900 era. This late Victorian or Edwardian unsigned set features the solid stained wood box (probably oak) and it has a satin lined lid with fitted plush mounts for the 24 pieces of cutlery. It has a tray holding half the set which consists of the fancy engraved 7-1/2" knives and the 6-1/8" fruit forks. The box has the original lock (but no key) and it has a gilt shield on the top which has never been monogrammed.
