An Art Deco 14k white gold amethyst ring from about 1920. This size 5 oval solitaire ring measures 5/8" x 1/2" across the top and it weighs 4.2 grams. It is stamped 14 K with an arrow maker's mark. The amethyst is a genuine natural stone, is approximately 4 carats in size (estimated in setting by gauge). The elegant scroll and engraving owes as much to the ornate style of the Edwardian period. The stone has a slightly lighter space of color gradient just off the center as can be see in the blow-up view picture 4. We like to mention all details, it is not too noticeable in real life. A sterling silver and guilloche pink enamel 2 piece nail buffer from the 1920s. This fine quality fully hallmarked Art Deco period sterling silver nail buffer has beautiful rose pink guilloche enamel decoration. It is fully hallmarked for Birmingham, England 1925-6, this buffer measures 6" x 1-5/8" and it stands 2-3/8" high. The top features a blue plain enamel interior and the enamel covers the top and the bottom's sides. It has the maker's mark for Charles S. Green & Co., it weighs 146 grams, and it is in very good condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than a small impact under the bottom's lip (see pic) and a similar small chip on the bottom corner. A 950 silver Komai damascene panels bracelet circa 1900 1920. This scarce bracelet from Japan features eleven 1-1/16" x 3/8" loop-linked panels with inlaid silver and gold on a black matte (actually iron) ground. The panels resemble those in room dividing screens, and each has a different design and a simple engraved design on the back of the silver sections. This wonderful and decorative pair of Czechoslovakian porcelain 9-1/2" cabinet plates c1920s has an orange and yellow multicolour angular border outside a lush cobalt blue inner rim with gold decoration. A beautiful Art Deco period 18k white gold filigree and genuine diamonds lady's ring circa 1920. This lacy basketweave size 5-3/4 or 575 ring has three diamonds, including a 20 point antique brilliant cut diamond and two ~5 point brilliant cut diamonds (all VS clarity, G-H colour). This more ornate design of ring was a hold-over from the Edwardian era. An English hand painted Gaudy Welsh tea set by Allerton's, consisting of the 6" high teapot (including finial), the 5" tall large covered sugar bowl, the 4-3/4" tall milk or cream jug, four 2-1/2" tall cups and four 5-7/8" fitted saucers. Including the lids there are 13 pieces and each is handpainted with cobalt, orange, green and copper lustre. the shape and decoration are undoubtedly those of Allertons however the saucers are marked with what appear to be impressed date stamps (from 1928-29). The sugar and teapot have a 30 mark - it was illegal to sell unmarked china after 1891 so this set would appear to predate that year due to the lack of markings. Or not. This set is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, losses, damage or repairs except crazing to the creamer, sugar, one saucer and one cup.
