A Sadler 3 Pc. tea set in the 2761 F design of golden with white flowers circa 1950. This English ceramic set includes the 9" across the spout and handle lidded teapot, the 3-3/4" tall creamer and the lidded 6-1/2" across the handles large sugar bowl. Each piece has a swirled design with all over gold glaze with white floral highlights. Each piece has the impressed Sadler mark used from the 1930s to the 1950s. is stamped SADLER ENGLAND with a 2761 F pattern number in gold. This set shows minimal if any signs of use and unusually the gold is intact and unworn. This English bone china 2-1/8" high cup and matching 5-1/2" saucer both have blue bands of roses with central interior bouquets of flowers and gold trim. A three piece silver plated carving set in the Deauville pattern, introduced by International in 1929. This Art Deco set comes in its original fitted box, and it consists of the 13-3/8" carving knife, the 12-3/4" sharpening steel, and the 11" carving fork. The blue wrapped 15 x 6-1/4" fitted box has a plush interior and it retains the foil International tag on the interior. An Antiko Hildesheimer Rose 800 silver dessert or cake set in a fitted case box from the 1940s or 1950s. This ornate and attractive set was made by Kohlbecker Silberwarenfabrik of Pforzheim, Germany (1946-). Some sources say the "ANTIKO" trade name was used from 1959. This ornate set consists of six 4-3/4" cake forks in 800 silver as well as a matching 8-1/8" silver plated pie or cake lifter marked ANTIKO 90. The brown snakeskin style paper wrapped box has a fitted yellow and brown silk like interior; the lifter doesn't quite fit the support and it may be a replacement. A Birks sterling silver sauce boat with under tray dated 1946. The sauce boat measures 5" from the edge of the spout to the outer edge of the curved handle and it stands 2-1/4" tall (excluding the handle) on it's four hoof style feet. The boat has the Birks date mark for 1942 while the 5-5/8 x 3-5/8" tray bears a 1946 date stamp. This classy serving piece weighs 128.4 grams and it is in excellent condition with no monograms, bends, corrosion, damage or repairs other than a few slight scratches and small, shallow dents on the boat rest part of the tray. There are a couple of short scratches on the bottom of the tray where someone tested it (maybe the stamped word "STERLING" had too many syllables for the tester to handle).
