A Robert Allison Scottish sterling silver and genuine citrine round pin or brooch with a Greek key design. This vintage 1-1/2" round brooch is fully hallmarked for Edinburgh probably 1958 (we think - the date stamp is difficult to make out). This pin has a safety clasp and the citrene has been checked to verify that it is a genuine gem stone and it weighs 15.0 grams. These stones are sometimes referred to as smoky topaz, but they are actually a light brown citrine. It would make a handsome addition to your Scottish sash and kilt ensemble for a Scottish wedding or family event. A set of 7 hoosier glass storage jars from the 1930s with the original lids. These pressed glass hoosier kitchen food storage jars have their original aluminum lids which still fits tightly. The set consists of a set of seven including five of the 4-1/4" spice jars and two of the 7-3/4" tall canister jars. All have a ribbed pattern and all have a blank area for a contents label except for one which has an embossed COFFEE. We don't know who made them and they are in very good useful condition with no cracks, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than some denting on the edge of one large lid and some minor chipping and roughness to the glass support rim on two of the small jars, one of which has a couple of spots of white paint on the lid. An Edwardian 14K white and yellow gold rod link watch chain from the 1910 1920 era. It measures 13-1/2" long, the links alternate from elongated diamond shaped in yellow gold with rectangular lined white gold links and it has a swivel and springring clasp. A detailed intaglio Laws Scottish family crest sterling silver seal ring from 1900-1930. This vintage size 7 ring features the family crest from the Laws family with a cockerel atop the shield and the quote from Horace (30 BCE) "COMPOSITUM JUS TASQUE ANIMI" which has various translations referring to justice, uprightness and nobility of the soul (one version states "A mind which respects alike the laws of mutual justice and of god"). It is a true seal ring, with the crest in reverse so it will appear correct on the actual seal. It is shown reversed in one of our images so you can read it. This classic gentleman's pinky ring is stamped STERLING. It has signs of an earlier resizing which likely caused the sterling mark to be barely visible in the last two letters and no maker's mark is presentand it weighs 11.8 grams.
