A 10k natural opal gold ring from the 1960s. This size 3-3/4 ring features a claw-set oval cabochon natural opal with intense green fire. It is stamped 10K (rubbed) and it weighs 1.3 grams. It is in excellent vintage condition with no cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs however it does have a chip to one end of the opal.

A sterling silver C.H.S. tennis sports award fob pendant from 1915. This Canadian 1" across award has ornate high relief decoration - a wreath of maple leaves on the inscription side and a tennis player in action on the other with a leaf garland. The inscription states: "C.H.S. -1915- ANTHONY C MURPHY" and this beauty weighs 9.9 grams. An 18k yellow gold plique-a-jour enamel stained glass window charm pendant from the 1960s 1970s. Plique-a-jour (French: "Light of Day") refers to the labour-intensive technique of repeatedly firing enamel in metal-bordered cells resembling cloisonne, but allowing light through, resulting in unbacked translucent panels. It weighs 1.3 grams, it is 3/4" across and it is in the form of a church stained glass window with enamel in blue, red, yellow and green. This scarce survivor features three lovely navy blue synthetic sapphires with natural pearls between them, all set in tooled stars. This bangle measures 2-3/8 x 2" across the interior, it is 1/4" wide and it weighs 13.8 grams. It has a pushbutton clasp and it is stamped 14K with a key maker's mark. An early Victorian 18k Socrates carnelian intaglio signet ring. This antique size 7-3/4 or 7.75 rose gold mid-19th century ring is completely hand made. It and it features a deeply carved carnelian intaglio portrait of Socrates. It is simply executed but stylish with subtle design flourishes. It measures 7/8 x 5/8" across the bezel-set intaglio gem stone. It has a full set of stretched and now obscured hallmarks - it tests as 18K. Although the stone is a substantial size, this ring in the 18thC and 19thC worn on a gentleman's pinkie finger as a pinkie ring. In order to save gold some jewellers would stretch the shank to resize the ring rather than solder another section of gold to effect the sizing and that appears to be the case here. It weighs 8.4 grams and it is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs, it does show wear and patination commensurate with age.

This unusual and vividly depicted ring is in the form of a bird or owl's head; it has two turquoise cabochon eyes, one green and one blue. It measures 5/8 x 1/2", it is hand made and engraved and it has cutout shoulders. The top opens to reveal a poison compartment (in this case it has an instant relative's photo which can be removed). A pair of silver filigree and blue turquoise dangle tear drop earrings from the 1900 1920 era. These 2-1/8" long Edwardian earrings feature fine silver filigree work and natural turquoise cabochon stones and large robin's egg blue teardrop shaped drops. The bottom turquoise drop is substantial, so they make quite a statement. These large drop antique earrings have been converted from the original screw back to pierced mounts. The filigree work is fine and Asian in design. They are unmarked but test as high grade silver.
