This vintage 38-3/4" necklace has 128 cultured pearls ranging from 7 to 5.5 mm in size. the gold beads consist of one 6.5 mm, two at 4.5 mm and two at 4 mm. The pearls between the gold balls have two smaller pearls flanking three of the 7 mm. pearls, while the pearls leading to the clasp are strung with a length of 5.5 mm pearls leading to a length of 7 mm. pearls. A Trajan silver drachm ancient Roman coin in an 18K yellow gold pendant. This genuine ancient silver coin depicts the Roman Emperor Trajan on the reverse and it is almost exactly the coin depicted here (combine the link in your browser address bar): www.forumancientcoins.com/ (plus) catalog/roman (plus) -and-greek-coins. It is housed in a custom 18k yellow gold modern pendant setting that replicates a more ancient setting style and it is stamped 18K.
