A stunning Art Deco yellow crystal sterling silver buckle design bangle bracelet from around 1920. This vintage beauty shouts Deco and it has the same silver tooling and buckle clasp as seen on signed DIAMONBAR bracelets by Wachenheimer Bros of Rhode Island (1905-1933) and this is probably an early example. The buckle itself has white rhinestones, the sides are finely and ornately engraved, the interior is cut-out and it is stamped only STERLING. The box clasp and hinge are both heavy duty and the square princess cut lemon yellow crystal stones are a deep and vibrant shade. Yellow was a very popular early 1920s fashion color. It measures 2-3/8" x 2-1/8" across the interior, it is 1/4" thick and it is 3/8" wide. An Edwardian Art Deco sterling silver barrel step cut crystal necklace from around 1920. This beauty features a fine open wire link 16" chain with a hook and eye clasp. The 1-1/4 x 5/8" unmarked pendant features a step-cut rounded barrel style crystal stone claw-set on a mount with an array of white rhinestones. The chain is stamped STER and it weighs 6.2 grams. It is in the transitional style when Edwardian design was becoming Art Deco around 1920, and this necklace is in excellent condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than the splitting and twisting together of one wire link anchoring the pendant to the chain (it was probably free-swining on the chain originally). An Art Deco sterling and gold front step side signet ring from the 1920s. This size 5-1/2 ring has a central 9/16 x 5/16" overlay gold front with a Gothic letter (an E or F, we think) with a corner hand engraved embellishment. The flanks are engraved gold as well and the mount has stepped sides. It is marked STERLING with faint signs of other marks which have been lost due to resizing in the past. An Ellis Bros. gold filled fancy pocket watch with a 15J Cyma 777 four adjustment movement from the 1920s. This 1-3/4" open face man's pocket watch features a hand engraved gold plated face with a single sunk second hand dial and purple finished metal hands. Ellis Brothers was taken over by Birks in the late 1920s and this watch has an Ellis branded Swiss Cyma 777 15 jewel movement with four adjustments. The works are 34mm. across, size 4 or 15 ligne. It is stem wind and it has a 20 year gold filled Wadsworth Referee case with the number 6916315. It has the inscription "PRESENTED TO HAROLD A. DUMPHY BY THE STAFF OF ELLIS BROS. 1926" and it has a fancy AHD monogram on the back of the case. This watch is in very good condition with a bit of face soiling - the works are clean however the hands adjust in all positions of the winder but the winder doesn't engage. This vintage 13-1/4" long watchchain (which would also make an elegant necklace or bracelet) consists of 1/16" wide alternating white and yellow gold rectangle shape rod links alternating with round links. The The yellow gold rectangle links have a geometric design on two sides. It has a spring-ring clasp on one end and a watch swivel on the other. It is stamped 14K on the jump ring and swivel. An Art Deco 14k yellow gold 3 diamonds ring from the 1920s size 6. This lovely, well designed ring features three nice quality diamonds in a white gold upper. The central diamond measures 4 points by gauge and the other two flanking diamonds are approximately 1.5 points each. This ring measures 15/16 x 3/16" across the designed area and setting and it weighs 1.8 grams. This ring is unmarked due to a relatively recent re-hooping which has removed the original markings however this ring tests as 14k gold. There are faint lines where the new hoop has been added to the original ring's setting. Trade marked by the Omega Watch Company in 1911, this example has a serial number corresponding to the period btween 1913 and 1916. The porcelain dial has black markers, a single-sunk seconds dial and blued hands. It is marked with the retailer's name A.M. GILPIN with the town name DUNNVILLE, ONT. (Canada), a small town near Hamilton. The superbly decorated hunter case is stamped 184521 SOVEREIGN GOLD FILLED with the E in a maple leaf mark for Ellis. The 28 mm. works are marked REGINA WATCH Co. SWISS 7 JEWELS 2 POSITIONS 4655766, and this watch measures 36 mm. across. A lake boat solid bronze ship bell from 1900-20. This 8-1/4" diameter unsigned bell was from a Great Lakes ship or boat (possibly a ferry) and it retains its original eye and rod clapper with a loop for a rope pull. A scarce sterling silver filigree posey holder pin circa 1900 1910. This antique 2-1/4" long and 1" across (unmarked but tested) fantastic posy or corsage brooch is an example of ornate and very fine silver work. The ball and wire end makes me think it may be an older Indonesian / Yogya piece. It was assembled from three separate sections of filigree silver. It may be older than our estimate. This possible bridal item either started out as a flower bouquet holder and had the pin added or was always a posy-pin. It has a c-clasp. It can readily be converted to (or back to) a small bouquet holder. It weighs 12.6 grams, and it is in excellent condition for its age and fineness, with no corrosion or repairs other than what appears to be a small section of missing wire and the c-clasp has been repaired. A Fukagawa double gourd vase 1900-20. This fine quality and likely late vintage Meiji-Taishō era 4-3/8" tall Japanese porcelain hand painted vase is by the renowned Fukagawa Porcelain Company firm of Japan c1900-20. This vase has a blue tassel and two painted small floral groups in gold, green, orange and black. There is a gold upper rim. The mark is the Mount Fuji and stream with the Fukagawa signature, identified on gotheborg.com as being is used from 1900-20. We were also informed this was purchased in the 1920s. The darkness under the base is old glue from an applies felt bottom which is no longer present (we will clean the glue residue before shipment).
