An Art Deco period Czechoslovakian molded green Peking glass necklace circa 1920s. This is a brass and molded floral design 17 inch long necklace with a central 1-1/4" x 1" drop with a jade green coloured molded glass floral design. The brass links are ornate and they have green glass balls on this collectible example of Czech jewellery. It has a spring-ring clasp, it is stamped CZECHOSLOV on the jump ring. An unusual matching pair of early 19th century carved shell cameo pierced earrings c1820-40. This 7/8" x 3/4" pair is mounted in gilt brass, and they depict two different and facing male Greek mythological or classical figures. One is a close likeness to the statue of Pericles of Athens, not sure who the other figure represents. An early Danecraft sterling silver lily parure set circa 1940. It consists of the 2-5/8" x 2" brooch pin with safety catch, the 16" long and 5/8" wide necklace with spring-ring catch, and the 7/8" x 5/8" pierced earrings. Each piece and link is in the form of a lily, and this set is signed with the Danecraft Sterling mark except for the earrings, which have been converted to pierced/posts (losing the marks on the screwbacks). This hand carved shell portrait cameo measures 2 x 1-3/4" and it features lovely tooling with a pierced gallery, and a twist border with applied textured flowers and leaves. The cameo itself is one of the most attractively carved we have seen- simply stunning in detail and she is wearing an Empire headdress. An Edwardian 10K Birks carved green jadite ring from the 1910 to 1915 era. This Arts and Crafts size 5-1/4 or 5.75 ring measures 3/4" x 5/8" across the claw-set genuine jade gem stone, which appears to be carved with a pomegranate or peach and a pear or fig. It has ornate engraved shoulders which owe a bit more to the Edwardian era. It is stamped BIRKS 10K with the Birks crown mark and a sideways pear stamp. An elegant Edwardian period baisse-taille white enamel and sterling silver brooch with fine engine turning and gold inlay, circa 1910. This antique 2" across pin was made by Blackinton of North Attleboro, Massachusetts (1862-1967), It was constructed from French baisse-taille enamel on sterling mounted with a pin assembly with a safety catch. The bright gold flowers and wreath inlaid on the brooch set it off beautifully against the engine-turned design under the enamel. It has a pattern number 9707, and it has some solder where the company attached the pin to the enamel gilt-silver disc. The entire back is satin finish and gilt - the solder is original to the manufacture of the brooch, and is not a repair (enamel has to be heated with extreme care after manufacture). An English sterling silver curb link watch chain with an escutcheon shape medal or award fob. The 14 3/8" length antique watchchain has individual lion passant marks and the watch swivel has the company mark of Henry Williamson Ld (known 1895 - ?). The fob, which appears to be a football award, has the makers mark of William H Haseler and the Birmingham 1915 year mark. The shield in the centre has rse gold and two ornate iniitials, possibly ST. There is one swivel, possibly this was being worn as a unique necklace. This natural mineral crystal is semitranslucent and easily dyed with a linear fiber-like appearance and it is shown to good effect in this post-Deco era set. This 1-3/4" x 1-3/8" pendant features a fine hand engraved (unmarked but tested) gold surround with a central concave transluscent moonstone agate, on which is mounted a gold-bordered hair insert. The insert and surround are bolted to the agate with hand-cut bolts, and it retains the original finely braided black hair, bezel and glass window. A genuine George III English Spade Guinea coin pendant dated 1791 and made of 22K gold. This is a genuine antique Georgian period gold coin from the UK - it was only in production from 1787-99. It measures 1" across and it has been soldered to a 14k or 15k mount with an attached loop for wear as a pendant or as a watch fob. This coin shows considerable wear (high carat gold was very soft and wore easily) however the subject matter and date is clearly visible. A Georgian 14k glass emerald and diamonds ring circa 1780-1800. This antique yellow gold (unmarked but tested and guaranteed) ring features a 3/8" across top which has claw set early silver coloured genuine rose cut diamonds surrounding an emerald coloured glass stone. Emeralds then were a scarce and difficult stone to acquire, so the use of a cut glass "gem" with diamonds was not unusual. This ring weighs 2.5 grams and it is in excellent original condition with no cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than chips under two claws of the glass emerald stone. A later Georgian period 15k yellow gold remembrance or mourning ring with genuine pearls circa 1820 - 1830. This beautiful antique size 6 ring is typically unmarked and it tests as 15k, and it most likely of United Kingdom origin. It has a bevelled glass window for hair (no hair present) and the shoulders are thickly sculpted with a multi-floral pattern sometimes seen on jewellery or decor of this period. This ring weighs 3.7 grams, it measures 1/2" x 7/16" across the pearl setting, and it is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than an early interior piece of gold added to the interior bottom of the shank to make it slightly smaller in size - this inventive type of ring sizing allowed the ring to be made smaller without cutting the original ring band/shank at all! A Georg Jensen sterling silver double tulip pin and earrings set in a red Georg Jensen New York box. The brooch measures 1-3/4 x 1-3/8" and has a safety catch and it matches the 7/8" x 5/8" clip-on earrings. The red box with the white satin and black velvet interior has the stamp for the Georg Jensen shop at 667 Fifth Avenue New York, and the brooch has the Jensen mark along with STERLING DENMARK 100 C (the pattern mark) and the earrings have just the 100 after the Jensen Denmark and sterling marks. A German Industrial Art Deco celluloid or Bakelite chrome necklace from the 1920s. This evocative beauty features chromed links with layered or stepped segments in the German Industrial Deco style. It also has angular orange celluloid links and it is marked GERMANY on the jump ring. It measures 17" long, the middle drop is 7/8" deep and it has a springring clasp. It is in the style of, and closely resembles the work of, Jakob Bengel and we feel confident it is one of his creations (another Bengel piece was purchased from the same consignor). A gold plated saphiret tassels necklace from the 1930s. This superb and vintage (unsigned) gold plated brass necklace has large dramatic tassels with saphiret (or sapphiret) glass stones. This 15-1/2" gold plated brass necklace has a spring-ring clasp and it has five graduated chain and bell tassels suspended from it. The largest tassel measures 3-1/2" long and 1" across the bell; each individual tassel chain ends in a sapphiret glass stone. The farthest left and right tassels have 9 suspended chains and stones, the 2nd and 4th tassel have 11 chains and suspended stones, and the center tassel has 18 chains and suspended stones. There is also a sapphiret at the top of each tassel canopy. A scarce Gustave Hauber 800 silver and amethysts brooch circa 1895 1900. This antique German Arts and Crafts silver pin was prodi uced by Gustav Hauber of Schwabisch Gmund, Germany (active 1870-present). It measures 1-5/8 wide and is 2-1/8" long. It has three dangles with facetted natural amethyst gemstones at the end of a poppy like floral pierce-work, plus a central amethyst cabochon. It has the original c-clasp, it is stamped DEP 800 with Gustave Hauber's maker's mark. Arts and Crafts was better known as Jugendstil (young style) in Germany. It weighs 11.2 grams.
