An early Coro Art Deco era sterling silver marcasites drop design necklace from the 1920s 1930. This angular Industrial Art Deco beauty is 17-3/4" long in the lavaliere type with a main center drop. It has a spring-ring clasp, the central drop is 1" deep and it is stamped STERLING CORO. The bright flower in the centre of the beautiful if severe lines is a nice romantic touch. It weighs 7.2 grams. You seldom see Coro sterling necklaces of this age and type, this is quite a scarce find and it is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are vintage or antique and may have slight signs of gentle use.
