An Art Deco clear crystal graduated bicone bead glass choker necklace from about 1930. This 14" long vintage beauty features graduated clear crystal bicone shaped faceted beads ranging from 1/4" to 5/8" wide. It has a silver plated over brass box clasp and it is a classic and elegant Art Deco design, great for a 1920s flapper wedding or party. This necklace also has facetted flattened round bead spacers and it is strung on herringbone style wire chain. An Edwardian carved mother of pearl silver plated bread fork from the 1900-1910 era. This ornate and out of the ordinary example of Victorian and Edwardian table serving pieces measures 8-5/8" long and it has the shape and three tines found on bread serving forks of this period (however it can be used for whatever purpose you wish). It has fancy high relief finials with acanthus leaves and flowers, a stepped finial and fancy modelling of the silver plate links. It is set apart by the hand carved mother-of-pearl handle which has been carved in the form of a tree trunk with bumps from branches. Goldstone is a formed glass with internal crystallized copper (or other colour yielding metals), carefully heated and cooled to precipitate the metals giving the metallic sparkle.
