A 17th century Wenceslas Hollar "Trinitarianus" hand coloured engraving in frame. This finely detailed etching has a sight size of 10-3/8 x 6" with a plate size of 10-1/8 x 5-5/8". It is marked "Trinitarianus 831 W. Hollar fecit" and it is plate 831. It is on laid fibrous paper and it was from the series/portfolio "The Antiquities of Warwickshire Illustrated" printed in London, England 1656 (Hollar (1607-1677) was from Prague, Bohemia. It could be from the second state used in Dugdale's Monastic Anglicanum in 1661 or the third state in 1673. We have seen this engraving in monotone and the colour could well have been applied later (which was commonly done). The black wood frame measures 14-3/4 x 9-3/4" and this print is in excellent condition with only light tanning and mellowing and a couple of minor spots of foxing. There are a few minor rubs to the black on the old frame. An attractive 19th century Victorian art glass basket. This unsigned 8-3/4" high quality basket features a ruffled-edge custard glass body with clear cranberry glass edging; the clear naturalistic glass handles resemble crossed branches (one has two spurs). The pontil is polished. It has a nice fiery glow when back-lit, and this Victorian art glass piece is in excellent original condition with no cracks, losses, damage or repairs. The ends of the handles have a bit of roughness - quite minor and does not detract. A pair of antique Dutch china wedding bowls circa 1865. This nice set of wedding bowls dates to 1865 and they were made to commemmorate the wedding of Dirk Hoogedorn to Agije Brink on April 30, 1865. A scarce form, and we've only seen a few of these lockets. This is an Edwardian sterling silver 1-1/2 x 1-1/8" photo locket pendant with hinged photo "pages" which hold two photographs each. It is stamped STERLING, it has an engine turned design on the interior and it has fine hand engraving on the front. The shield has never been monogrammed and the plain back is unadorned. This antique hand engraved 25-3/4" long belt consists of a two-part 2-3/4" wide ornate buckle with tongue and loop clasp, which is attached to fancy 1-1/4" across hand engraved panels linked with wire loops with small spacers. A Victorian Edwardian green tourmaline, red spinel and pearls gold plated pendant on chain necklace circa 1890-1900. This 7/8 x 3/4" (including bale) pendant features nine neatly arrayed segments of four stones each - 4 of green tourmalines, 5 of natural small pearls with vivid silver lustre and 5 red spinels in the centers of each pearl section. Sections are divided with gold strips and the two halves of this locket-style pendant are soldered together (it doesn't open).
