A huge, beautifully made vintage Mexican sterling articulated fish pendant c1950s-60s. This fabulous 5-3/8" x 1-3/4" pendant is set with inlaid turquoise and it has a turquoise cabochon eye; each vertebra in the skeleton is linked to the next segment with silver loops and each piece bends independently. It has a large bale for hanging and three round holes resembling a fish spine (no turquoise there, nor was there, and the interior of these holes has black patination). This wonderful piece is stamped TAXCO 925 MEXICO MPL and it has a Mexican bell mark with a 2. An authentic antique late Georgian period 15k ring with genuine pearls and natural and genuine emeralds circa 1820 1830. This beautiful size 4-1/2 or 4.5 yellow gold ring is unmarked and it tests as 15k, and it is most likely English in origin. It has a 2 mm. across natural emerald at the center and six small emeralds gem stones between the pearls, all in a flower shape arrangement. It also has pearls along the finely tooled shoulders and the grooved shank has appears never to have been sized or altered. There are naturally occurring colour variations in the pearls, but they are over-emphasized in the photo, less noticeable in real life (one pearl may be a replacement). This ring weighs 2.5 grams, it measures 5/16" across the flower head. A scarce and unique find, and a special wedding or engagement ring (would be a really fine birthday ring also!). A Scottish sterling silver banded agate sword and shield brooch pin dated 1863. Although a common form this example is one of the most ornate and best constructed we have seen. It measures 2-3/4 x 1", the silver is deeply and intricately tooled and the cut and polished banded agates are well matched and are gray (or grey), white and blue striped. The shield is mounted by wire pins through loops on the sword back and most unusual is a hand-etched British hallmark shield with the letter and number cyphers indicating a manufacturing date of Dec. 6, 1863. This item is in excellent condition with no cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than a bend to the C from the original c-clasp (easily straightened). It has a ring of leaves on white enamel surrounding the center and the back is undecorated and it has never been monogrammed. A stunning Art Deco yellow crystal sterling silver buckle design bangle bracelet from around 1920. This vintage beauty shouts Deco and it has the same silver tooling and buckle clasp as seen on signed DIAMONBAR bracelets by Wachenheimer Bros of Rhode Island (1905-1933) and this is probably an early example. The buckle itself has white rhinestones, the sides are finely and ornately engraved, the interior is cut-out and it is stamped only STERLING. The box clasp and hinge are both heavy duty and the square princess cut lemon yellow crystal stones are a deep and vibrant shade. Yellow was a very popular early 1920s fashion color. A fine gold filled horse or equestrian gold filled mesh watch chain fob from around 1900. This late Victorian or early Edwardian man's fashion accessory consists of a fine chain with a swivel attached to the pocket clip mount; a mesh strip has a metal mount from which is suspended half of a photo locket which has a high relief horse surrounded by a horseshoe mounted with flashy white rhinestones. All components are rose gold coloured except the locket which is yellow gold filled. It was a fine decorative idea for a man's watch pocket and this is one of the most attractive fobs we've seen. An Art Deco 14k diamond filigree ring from the 1915 - 1920 period. This vintage size 6 yellow gold ring with a white gold top features a 32 point round European antique cut genuine diamond with two flanking diamonds. The diamond is of exceptional (and nowadays very scarce) clarity and colour: it is VVS-2 and F-G colour. The side diamonds total 4 points, this wonderfully styled late-Edwardian/early Art Deco styled ring weighs 2.0 grams and it is stamped 14K with an E in a diamond mark for Eaton's, Canada's premier retailers of finery at this time.
