This set consists of the 14-1/4" long carving knife and the 11" carving fork with the swing-out roast lifting guard bolster or prong. They are stamped BIRKS REGENCY PLATE and this set is in very good vintage condition with no breaks, plating/heel wear, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than some moderate sharpening scratches of of the knife which retains a sharp edge, and fine patina on the silver handles.
