An Aynsley 28 yellow and pink roses tea cup and saucer from the 1970s. The teacup is 2-5/8" high and the matching saucer is 5-3/4" across. It has a petal and leaf relief shape with a scalloped edge and gold trim and it would make a lovely display as well as a very nice teacup for your tea or coffee. The roses have green leaves and yellow petals tipped with pink and the stems are red. It has a rose inside the cup and gold trim and gold patterned borders. A set of 4 Derby Posies ruffled individual bowls or dishes by Royal Crown Derby. These 4-1/4" across dishes stand 1-1/8" high and they appear to be side dishes or bowls similar to those in a bridge set. Introduced in 1903 by the Sterling Silver Manufacturing Company (SSMC) of Providence, Rhode Island (1909-32), it was later taken over by Saart.
