A wonderful looking vintage late Victorian 1-3/8 x 1" rolled gold plated oval photo locket on a 19" book-link rolled gold plated chain. The 5/16" wide chain has different engraved designs on each side, and the locket has fine hand tooling on the reverse side. It also has an applied mount with a central pearl surrounded by six natural garnets. It is unsigned, and it has a large springring catch; the interior has two photo bezels and (replaced) plastic windows. A 19th century Scottish sterling silver banded agate pebble buckle brooch pin. From the early to mid-Victorian era, this large and dramatic pin measures 2-7/8 x 2-1/2". It has wonderfully striped and figured grey and white banded agate fitted stones with silver dividers and it has finely hand engraved and tooled decoration including a buckle, inner edge, decorated outer rim and an engraved pierced silver top. A Victorian 14k black and white sardonyx cameo ring circa 1870s. This antique size 3-1/2 or 3.5 hand carved stone features a portrait cameo of a woman. A 15k rubies seed pearls shamrocks memento pin brooch from the 1875 era with green, yellow and rose gold. This splendid mid-Victorian 1-3/8" pin has an appealing hand etched floral design with genuine rubies and seed pearls as leaves and flowers. It also features a border with raised flowers alternating with raised and textured shamrocks which have leaves which are split with one side green gold and the other side of each leaf rose gold. On the back it has a compartment with a beveled glass window and retaining bezel which would have probably held a lock or braid of hair but now holds a trimmed tintype portrait of a man. It has a loop for wear as a pendant, it has the original c-clasp and it weighs 11.0 grams (intact). It is typically unmarked and it tests as 15k gold. The hair compartment is quite deep and it would easily hold a gold coin or other memento or even another portrait. A wonderful survivor and an example of the fine quality Victorian jewellers were able to accomplish. It is in excellent condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than some minor damage to the cut tintype portrait. There is a slight patina from use which is quite exaggerated in our pictures. We gave this pin a simple surface cleaning only, preferring to leave the 150 years of patina intact. An impressive Regency period 15k gold long necklace with ornate slide c1830-40. This superb example measures 62" long, it has a large well-made slide with black enamel, and it is constructed of double pulley-style interlinked gold loops. The 1" across and 1/4" thick slide has an engraved L. Gordon inscription on one side; it is unmarked and unsigned but tests as 15k gold. The slide has holes where a scarab or possibly a cameo was mounted (and another piece of your choice could be mounted on it), and it weighs an impressive 59.0 grams (almost 2 ounces!). This item is in otherwise fine condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than the absent slide decoration and open end. This 2-1/4 x 1-5/8" sterling silver photo locket has a complex design and inset rose and green gold highlights on the central flower. It has a full set of Birmingham, England silver hallmarks on the undecorated side corresponding to the year 1884, and it has an I.H maker's mark. This pendant includes the ornately hand engraved 18-1/4 x 5/8" flat-link chain necklace, which has a large springring catch. This necklace weighs 53.4 grams, and it is in very good condition with no bends, corrosion, losses or damage except for some fine denting on the plain back, tool marks from the flattening of some dents and some identifying symbols on the interior. A Victorian 14k diamond brooch circa 1890. This antique 1" across whirling circle pin has a free and graceful open filigree design. This round yellow gold pin shows the transition from stylized Victorian to the more flowing Art Nouveau influence. It measures 1 inch across, and in the centre is a claw set clear white genuine European antique cut diamond, measuring 3.5 mm. across (approximately 20 pt. by gauge) - it is is VS2 diamond of I-J colour. It has the original gate-latch safety clasp, where it is stamped 14 K. It is in very good condition, with all of the claw work in excellent condition, and the diamond in excellent condition also, but please note there appears to be an old professional repair visible only on the back of the brooch. It comes with an old appraisal.

A 19th century Dutch red glass necklace with a 14k carnelian clasp. This Victorian era 19th century 36-1/4" hand cut red glass bead necklace is complete with a Dutch hallmarked 14k yellow gold clasp. The beads have a rich red garnet colour and the 1/2" diameter box clasp has a natural carnelian stone with an inset gold flourish at the center. It has the Dutch oak leaf gold mark in use from 1852-1906, and this lovely necklace is in excellent condition with no cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than some expected minute edge chipping and abrasions to some of the red beads (barely noticeable).
