A 14k Italian baroque and teardrop pearls ring from the 1980s. This size 4-1/2 yellow gold ring has a wonderful modernist look to it and it has 9 baroque pearls. It measures 1 x 5/8" across the cluster of pearls which have deep lustre and shine. One pearl is distinctly pink and four others have pinkish colouration; the rest are a fine creamy white. It weighs 4.4 grams, it is stamped 14K 585, it was purchased in Italy by the original owner and it is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs however a bit of jeweler's epoxy is visible at the bottom of a couple of the pearls (used to secure the pearls to the setting and on the mounting posts).
