An English late Victorian mother of pearl handle fish set for six in fitted case 1890 1900. This set includes six 6-1/2" fish forks and six 7-3/8" scimitar-shaped fish knives. A Fry Geisha etched glass lemonade pitcher plus 5 handled tumbler glasses circa 1900-1930. This attractive, high quality set also goes by the names Japanese Maid or Japan Maid and it was made by Fry Glass. Similar to a Beaver Valley glass pattern featuring all over cherry blossoms, this company was bought out by Fry circa 1900 and they made this finely etched set with a Geisha serving tea on one side and cherry blossoms on the other. The 10-3/8" tall pitcher has a faceted cut-style handle and a rayed base and it includes five matching low handled 5-1/4" lemonade tumblers which also have rayed bases. The etching is very fine and this super set is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, damage or repairs other than a bit of factory roughness to the pitcher's foot rim which also has a shallow burst bubble leaving a small rough area on the rim. acob Grimminger sterling silver julep cups or flat goblets circa 1910 1920. These hand hammered tumblers are 3-1/4" in height, made and marked by Jacob Grimminger of Gmund, Germany (established 1895). Being sterling rather than 800 silver, these cups were most likely made for export and they have an Arts and Crafts hammered finish consistent with cups of this period. This well-made and decorative 4-1/4 x 3-1/4" smoking accessory has black patination and inlaid copper both outside and inside the front cover. This 8-1/4" diameter unsigned bell was from a Great Lakes ship or boat (possibly a ferry) and it retains its original eye and rod clapper with a loop for a rope pull. A Loetz Crete Papillon 7" Czech art glass green vase 1890 1900. This period vase has the famous Papillon finish in green (Crete) and this line was introduced in 1898. It has a tapered 3-1/8" across girdle and 2-5/8" base. It is in very good condition with no cracks, wear or repairs however there is a 1/4" rim chip mostly affecting the inside of the rim with minimal impact to the outside - this vase can be ground down to eliminate the chip if you are so inclined. A massive Japanese 19thC bronze jardiniere or plant holder with raised or bas-relief detail. This handsome antique signed Japanese bronze work stands 13-1/2" tall and it measures 11-1/2" across the opening. This is a large example of a classic bowl design, and it has a nice patination (appears somewhat lightened in our photographs to show detail). It features perching and flying birds and floral branches, a decorated collar with bat designs (a sign of luck and prosperity) and incised decoration. It has an applied signature planchet on the bottom, which has not yet been translated. It has some patina inside from use. A Murano blue and gold Edwardian art glass necklace from the 1900-1910 era. This graduated beauty features clear Murano glass ball beads with copious gold highlights and turquoise and green glass jewelling. Each bead has a turquoise glass spacer and this necklace has a springring clasp. A Napco Japan figural anthropomorphic mustard salt pepper cruet set 1950s 1960s. This decorative and whimsical set consists of the teapot shaped 3 piece mustard pot (lid, spoon and base), the apple or peach shaped salt shaker and the cup or creamer shaped pepper shaker. The two shakers both have their original rubber stoppers (now a bit vitrified and crumbly) and the mustard's spoon is plastic and marked JAPAN. The salt and mustard both have black and silver NAPCO ORIGINALS BY GIFTCRAFT stickers and the mustard has a 2T2851 JAPAN pattern number backstamp. A pair of English heavy crystal sterling silver topped liquor decanters dated 1963. These 7-1/4" tall decanters have fancy round stoppers giving a total height of 9-1/4". The necks are sterling silver and they are fully hallmarked for London, England 1963. They have the P&W maker's mark for Preece & Williscombe (1934-1960) and they are molded (or moulded) rather than cut crystal. A pair of Gorham 1190 sterling silver convertible 11-1/4" candlesticks with 3 pieces. These weighted candlesticks include the weighted 4-3/4" bases which act as short candlesticks, the 2-7/8" candle holder bell which can mount to the bases or on top of the 4-1/8" conical taper which can also screw into the base. When all pieces are mounted these fine table decorations are 11-1/4" tall. They have the Gorham marks on the bottom and they are probably from the 1950s or 1970s. They are good quality and they are in very good condition with no monograms, bends, corrosion, damage or repairs other than some rim denting to the small upper pieces, a small shallow dent to the conical middle piece on one stick and some spotty clouding from old tarnish on one stick which can be polished or buffed if you want to put in the work to do so.
