An Unger Bros. 4 piece sterling silver brush, mirror and box dresser set from the 1890s. This fancy repousse sets consists of the 9-3/8 x 5" hand mirror with beveled glass, the 9 x 2-3/4" natural bristle hair brush, the 2" across round lidded pomade, salve or rouge pot or box with a gilded interior and an associated (not Unger) 3-5/8 x 1-1/8" natural bristle clothes or dress brush. Three pieces feature the Unger Brothers mark and STERLING 925 FINE and the small brush is marked STERLING 925/1000 8164. This set is in very good condition with no chips, cracks, bends, corrosion, damage or repairs; the large and small brushes have a minor bit of edge denting and the mirror has some moderate edge denting. Also the large brush and mirror have some minor dents to the cartouches which have never been engraved or monogrammed. A Japanese sterling silver inlaid metal cigarette case from the 1940s. This well-made and decorative 4-1/4 x 3-1/4" smoking accessory has black patination and inlaid copper both outside and inside the front cover. It also has black patination and hand incising and tooling on both sides and surfaces. The view is a copper bridge over a stream with mountains and trees in the background. It has a pushbutton clasp, a metal cigarette retaining strap and a signature on the back cover which may be a maker's mark or a description of the scene. It has the Japanese rising sun silver mark with STERLING on the inside and it weighs 109.7 grams. It is in very good condition with no bends, corrosion, damage or repairs other than some shallow minor surface denting and a touch of wear to the black patination. A Royal Crown Derby Vine Posie Center cream soup cup and saucer. A pair of Gorham 1190 sterling silver convertible 11-1/4" candlesticks with 3 pieces. These weighted candlesticks include the weighted 4-3/4" bases which act as short candlesticks, the 2-7/8" candle holder bell which can mount to the bases or on top of the 4-1/8" conical taper which can also screw into the base. When all pieces are mounted these fine table decorations are 11-1/4" tall. They have the Gorham marks on the bottom and they are probably from the 1950s or 1970s. They are good quality and they are in very good condition with no monograms, bends, corrosion, damage or repairs other than some rim denting to the small upper pieces, a small shallow dent to the conical middle piece on one stick and some spotty clouding from old tarnish on one stick which can be polished or buffed if you want to put in the work to do so. A Fry Geisha etched glass lemonade pitcher plus 5 handled tumbler glasses circa 1900-1930. This attractive, high quality set also goes by the names Japanese Maid or Japan Maid and it was made by Fry Glass. Similar to a Beaver Valley glass pattern featuring all over cherry blossoms, this company was bought out by Fry circa 1900 and they made this finely etched set with a Geisha serving tea on one side and cherry blossoms on the other. The 10-3/8" tall pitcher has a faceted cut-style handle and a rayed base and it includes five matching low handled 5-1/4" lemonade tumblers which also have rayed bases. The etching is very fine and this super set is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, damage or repairs other than a bit of factory roughness to the pitcher's foot rim which also has a shallow burst bubble leaving a small rough area on the rim. A W.E. Welding Brantford Ontario 4 gallon eared stoneware crock with blue floral decoration 1873-94. This attractive, antique Canadian pottery crock measures 12" tall and 11-1/2" across, it has two ear handles and attractive blue tulips decoration with blue splash over the impressed Welding markings. Welding was in business with W.W. Belding in Brantford (1867-72) and went solo in 1873 after their factory burnt down in 1872. The glaze on this pickle or food storage crock is an attractive deep tan with minor dark kiln shadowing, the floral decoration is only slightly blistered and intact and the interior is intact. It is in very good condition with no damage or repairs other than a base chip to the left of the tulips and a tight, inconspicuous hairline on the backside top rim between the ear handles and a tight, slightly branched surface impact crack beside the decoration which doesn't penetrate to the interior. A pair of English heavy crystal sterling silver topped liquor decanters dated 1963. These 7-1/4" tall decanters have fancy round stoppers giving a total height of 9-1/4". The necks are sterling silver and they are fully hallmarked for London, England 1963. They have the P&W maker's mark for Preece & Williscombe (1934-1960) and they are molded (or moulded) rather than cut crystal. They are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, damage or repairs.
