This 10-1/8" late Victorian English ceramic rolled edge display plate features views of Winnipeg Manitoba including the Canadian buffalo, Wesley College, Seven Oaks Monument, Fort Garry, Holy Trinity Church, Deaf and Dumb Institute and City Hall and Volunteers Monument. it is stamped with the blue Rowland & Marsellus mark and it states this plate was made for the Imperial Dry Goods Co. Limited of Winnipeg (1899-1907). This fine piece of Canadian history is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, losses, damage or repairs other than some fine overall crazing. An Art Deco sterling silver tea ball strainer with chain and ring for steeping loose tea leaves circa 1920s. This vintage and classically simple tea serving piece includes the original chain and it has the original finger ring. It is stamped with an obscured silver mark on the finger ring, it is 1-3/8" in diameter and it weighs 17.7 grams. A lake boat solid bronze ship bell from 1900-20. This 8-1/4" diameter unsigned bell was from a Great Lakes ship or boat (possibly a ferry) and it retains its original eye and rod clapper with a loop for a rope pull. It is original, unpainted and in excellent condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, damage or repairs however the bell mount for attachment to the boat (an insert sleeve) is missing but one could easily be fashioned. A Royal Doulton The Orange Lady HN1759 figurine. This 8-1/8" high figure was produced from 1936-75 and this example is in heavy ceramic rather than porcelain or bone china. It has an early Doulton stamp, no registry number and a hand painted model number; the shawl is brown with grey stripes, the skirt is a light purple and the oranges have no holes. A Loetz Crete Papillon 7" Czech art glass green vase 1890 1900. This period vase has the famous Papillon finish in green (Crete) and this line was introduced in 1898. It has a tapered 3-1/8" across girdle and 2-5/8" base. It is in very good condition with no cracks, wear or repairs however there is a 1/4" rim chip mostly affecting the inside of the rim with minimal impact to the outside - this vase can be ground down to eliminate the chip if you are so inclined. A Victoria Austria R.S. Prussia ornate lustre teapot. This antique Edwardian bone china porcelain teapot with a floral and lustre finish c1910 stands 6-3/4" high to the top of the fancy finial and it measures 7-5/8" from the spout to the edge of the handle. It was made (and stamped by) Victoria Austria who bought blanks for factory decoration - in this case a genuine R.S. Prussia blank. This lovely tableware serving item has a pale greenish/yellow ground with pink and green floral arrays plus greenish/blue highlights and gold embellishment. A pair of English heavy crystal sterling silver topped liquor decanters dated 1963. These 7-1/4" tall decanters have fancy round stoppers giving a total height of 9-1/4". The necks are sterling silver and they are fully hallmarked for London, England 1963. They have the P&W maker's mark for Preece & Williscombe (1934-1960) and they are molded (or moulded) rather than cut crystal. An English shell and gadroon silver plated tip kettle with stand and burner circa 1930s. This beautiful table serving accessory stands 12" tall and 9-1/4" from spout to edge. It has the original mechanical opening and lifting burner and it retains the original base mounting keys and chains. It has dark stained wood handles and the maker's mark for Harrison Brothers & Howson of Sheffield, England (1862~1950) and it has a 6263-1/2 mark (probably indicating a 3-1/2 pint capacity). An amber daisy and button pickle cruet with stand and tongs from the 1880 1900 era. The pressed glass liner is 5" tall and the 11-1/4" tall stand has decorated feet and a floral arched handle and the matching tongs have claw feet. The lid of the cruet has a perching bird, and the stand is marked SILVERPLATED MADE IN CANADA on the underside rim. This item is in superb near mint condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs whatsoever - the plating is completely intact with no wear or loss at all. There are some engraved identification markings on the underside of the stand from a previous owner. A huge Gouda Roma art pottery vase from the Royal Zuid works circa 1950s. This Dutch pottery vase is in white, black and gold. This example is quite large - it stands 7-7/8" high and it is 7-3/4" across at its widest. It has the gold hand written mark for Royal Zuid and it has an artist's signature and a 3125 pattern number. A Royal Bayreuth sheep in meadow wall plaque from the 1900 1910 era. This attractive handpainted over transfer 9-5/8" porcelain wall plaque (or cabinet plate) depicts 5 sheep in a pasture.
