An Art Deco cube shape sterling silver mustard pot and matching salt cellar, both with cobalt glass liners. They are both hallmarked for Birmingham, England 1924, and they have the maker's mark for A.& J. Zimmerman Limited (1902-). The mustard pot stands 2-1/8" high to the top of the finial and the body of each piece is 1-1/2" across. The silver weighs 50.5 grams (mustard) and 28.4 grams (salt) and both pieces are in excellent condition with no monograms, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. A sterling silver modern design Consul (Switzerland) ladies wrist watch circa 1970. The brushed face has a gradient colour, from chocolate to golden amber. The hands are silver, and the body of the watch is an abstract modernist plain solid cuff style. The back of the cuff has a clever and unusual gate type of closure to allow it to be easily taken on and off, unlike a cuff bracelet. The clasp works well and there is a safety chain and this watch weighs 48.0 grams. The face is marked Consul and Swiss Made, and it is a 17 jewel manual wind works. The back has an RW mark, as well as 925 sterling mark, a German crescent moon and crown, a floral oval hallmark and the (model?) numbers 5391 and 22. It measures 1 11/16" at the widest but tapers to a width of 5/8" at the narrowest, and the widest interior measurement is 2 3/8" across. It is currently working and keeping time and it appears to be in good working order, but we cannot offer a guarantee as we have no idea when it was last cleaned. An Art Deco 9K yellow gold pink crystal graduated round bead glass necklace from the 1915-25 period. This 17" long vintage beauty features graduated pink crystal round faceted beads ranging from 3/16" to 5/16" wide. It has a springring clasp and it is a classic and elegant Art Deco design, great for a 1920s flapper wedding or party. This necklace also has lattice style openwork gold links between the crystals. It is unusual to find these necklaces in gold (the vast majority were gold plated) and it weighs 5.7 grams. A German Industrial Art Deco celluloid or Bakelite chrome necklace from the 1920s. This evocative beauty features chromed links with layered or stepped segments in the German Industrial Deco style. It also has angular orange celluloid links and it is marked GERMANY on the jump ring. It measures 17" long, the middle drop is 7/8" deep and it has a springring clasp. It is in the style of, and closely resembles the work of, Jakob Bengel and we feel confident it is one of his creations (another Bengel piece was purchased from the same consignor). A pair of gilt brass roses metalwork table lamps with marble bases from the 1930s 1940s. These beauties stand 25-3/4" to the tops of the original finials and the bases are genuine black veined marble. They may actually date from the 1920s and they have been rewired and resocketed. The pleated silk shades shown are later (and were on the lamps when we acquired them) and they can be included if you wish (they have minor staining/spotting) but that will raise the shipping costs substantially. The antiqued patination is intact but attractively mellowed and the metalwork could use a good, gentle cleaning. A Birks sterling silver sauce boat with under tray dated 1946. The sauce boat measures 5" from the edge of the spout to the outer edge of the curved handle and it stands 2-1/4" tall (excluding the handle) on it's four hoof style feet. The boat has the Birks date mark for 1942 while the 5-5/8 x 3-5/8" tray bears a 1946 date stamp. This classy serving piece weighs 128.4 grams and it is in excellent condition with no monograms, bends, corrosion, damage or repairs other than a few slight scratches and small, shallow dents on the boat rest part of the tray. There are a couple of short scratches on the bottom of the tray where someone tested it (maybe the stamped word "STERLING" had too many syllables for the tester to handle). A Swiss sterling silver engraved hunter case pocket watch with a chain with a Routier Quebec retailer signature. This size 13 ligne or size 0 watch has fancy tooling on its full hunter sterling silver case which has an MQ '04 monogram on one side. The front and back cases and dust cover all have Swiss 935 sterling silver marks including the bear mark and the works resemble a barred Swiss movement from around the 1900 era. The porcelain dial with a single sunk second hand dial is signed A.C. ROUTIER QUEBEC (Quebec City, the retailer). This watch comes with an unmarked but tested sterling silver 24" double strand herringbone chain with a swivel. The crown is brass and this watch appears to be overwound and is not working.
