The central diamond measures 4 points by gauge and the other two flanking diamonds are approximately 1.5 points each. This ring measures 15/16 x 3/16" across the designed area and setting and it weighs 1.8 grams. This ring is unmarked due to a relatively recent re-hooping which has removed the original markings however this ring tests as 14k gold. An authentic antique late Georgian period 15k ring with genuine pearls and natural and genuine emeralds circa 1820 1830. This beautiful size 4-1/2 or 4.5 yellow gold ring is unmarked and it tests as 15k, and it is most likely English in origin. It has a 2 mm. across natural emerald at the center and six small emeralds gem stones between the pearls, all in a flower shape arrangement. It also has pearls along the finely tooled shoulders and the grooved shank has appears never to have been sized or altered. There are naturally occurring colour variations in the pearls, but they are over-emphasized in the photo, less noticeable in real life (one pearl may be a replacement). This ring weighs 2.5 grams, it measures 5/16" across the flower head. A scarce and unique find, and a special wedding or engagement ring (would be a really fine birthday ring also!).
