A Danish Arts & Crafts pedestal silver plated fruit or centerpiece bowl circa 1900. This well made bowl has a nice floral design and it stands 5-1/8" high; it measures 8-7/8" across and it has the ENERET mark (for registered design), the Danish silverplate mark and an unidentified DFA makers mark. This item is in fair original condition with no scrapes, dents, monograms, bends, corrosion, damage or repairs other than some moderate brassing on the exterior and interior and the possible loss of a glass liner (it can be easily replated). All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are vintage or antique and may have slight signs of gentle use. A 19th c. hand painted toleware large tray. This decorative, vintage and stunning handpainted and signed large toleware display or serving tray dates to around 1860. This 24-3/8 x 19-3/4" painted metal tray features a large central basket of colourful and varied flowers; it has a floreate stepped edge and the G. J. Rudolph artist's signature. We have been unable to get any information on this artist, however the painting is superb. This all-original piece has slight and attractive alligatoring, and it is in superb original condition with no scrapes, dents, monograms, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than a few small spots of gilding loss around the rim. A great and decorative example for your folk-art collection.
