A Montreal Shipping Co. Ltd. ceramic coffee mug 1937-45. Made for and used on a Montreal Shipping Company Limited (1925-46) vessel, this 3-1/2" tall cream coloured ceramic mug has orange and blue trim and the MSCL logo on one side. It has the Vanderwood mark for Dunn Bennett & Co. Ltd. of England used from 1937-45. This scarce Canadian transportation tableware item is in very good condition with no chips, cracks, crazing, damage or repairs other than some expected fading and wear to the orange and blue decoration from use on the ships. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are vintage or antique and may have slight signs of gentle use. Tracked Packet shipping to anywhere in the U.S. is $15.00 - this includes online tracking, air service and insurance up to $70.
