This elegant table serving item is in a classic Georgian style, with an attractive baluster shape and a decorated spout and handle. It weighs 483.6 grams, it is unweighted, and it is stamped BIRKS STERLING 63/2 2 33 ORIGINAL HALL MARKED 1757 along with the hallmark date stamp for 1950. As far as we are aware, Birks does not make these beautiful sterling coffee pots any more, and if they were still available, the price would be in the thousands. An Ando Japanese boxed cloisonne smoking set from the 1960s-1970s. This elegant set consists of the 9-1/2" x 4-3/4" faux alligator papered fitted box, the Japanese language "Cloisonne Making" fold-out pamphlet, the 3-5/8" covered cigarette jar, three 3-3/8" bowl-shaped ash trays, and the 17" x 9-1/2" fringed woven table mat. This set has an Organo mark on the bottom, possibly for Organo of Japan, a now world-wide Japanese company specializing in water treatment (they began in 1946, this may be an older company logo). An English hand painted Gaudy Welsh tea set by Allerton's, consisting of the 6" high teapot (including finial), the 5" tall large covered sugar bowl, the 4-3/4" tall milk or cream jug, four 2-1/2" tall cups and four 5-7/8" fitted saucers. Including the lids there are 13 pieces and each is handpainted with cobalt, orange, green and copper lustre. the shape and decoration are undoubtedly those of Allertons however the saucers are marked with what appear to be impressed date stamps (from 1928-29). The sugar and teapot have a 30 mark - it was illegal to sell unmarked china after 1891 so this set would appear to predate that year due to the lack of markings. Or not. This set is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, losses, damage or repairs except crazing to the creamer, sugar, one saucer and one cup. A JG Graves Sheffield sterling silver swing-out key pocket watch 1902. This English sterling silver key wind cased pocket watch is by JG Graves of Sheffield, England. Graves (1866-1945) was a watchmaker, entepreneur and benefactor, and this watch is hallmarked for Chester 1902, with the swing-out case having the Graves maker's mark. The watch is 2" across and the works measure 1-9/16" across the plate. They are inscribed J.G. GRAVES SHEFFIELD REVERSING PINION No688375. The single sunk dial has gold toned hands and it has THE "EXPRESS" ENGLISH LEVER in red and a black script G.S. GRAVES SHEFFIELD (indicating a late issue). It has an engine turned and engraved design on the back of the case and the back dust cover is unmarked. It is key wind and adjustment is by a nut at the pivot of the hands on the dial. This watch includes a later plastic base and dome cover, and it is in good condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs - the case, porcelain dial and works all appear intact, clean and undamaged however this watch doesn't run and the crystal has some minor abrasions. A pair of (typically) unmarked Majestic Japanned wood and brass table lamps c1950s. The black painted wood includes the 7 x 4-1/2" base with a crescent moon mounted on the brass upright with a brass ball separating it from the base. They stand 17-1/2" tall including the 12 x 6-1/2" shades, which are of fiberglass with plastic stringing on the borders and a wire cage for mounting on the lightbulb. They have their original cords with Leviton sockets with inspection stickers, and both lamps work. This pair of fine Retro decorative lamps is in excellent condition with no cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than some minor loss to the gold-plated finish over the brass and one small touched-up chip on the tip of one crescent. The rest of the black paint is intact with only tiny flakes and one scratch with the paint mostly intact. Made by Royal Crown Derby in the 6452 pattern, this 11-1/4" x 7-3/4" serving dish has a cobalt band with matte gold painting including a grape vine motif and white enamel jewelling. It is marked on both pieces with the orange ROYAL CROWN DERBY ENGLAND 6452 mark, the M year letter (for 1907) and an underglaze stamped DERBY 6-07. A genuine, vintage hand embroidered and beaded Pashtun tablecloth or tray cover cloth from the early part of the 20th century. These decorative embroidered and beaded textiles were made to show off the skills of young women in contemplation of marriage and this was brought back from Afghanistan in the 1960s. It is typically brilliantly coloured and it measures 33" x 27" (that measurement includes the beaded strands, which are approximately 1/1/2" in length). It is in excellent vintage condition with no major losses, holes, insect damage, fading, tears, damage or repairs. There are a couple of loose threads on the fringe and a touch of soiling but the cotton, silk, wool and silver threaded edging (which used to be known as cloth of silver, I believe) remain in remarkably fine condition. A Moorcroft art pottery 5-7/8" vase in the Anemone pattern in the flambe line. This vase was produced 1947-53 period. This vintage example is stamped MOORCROFT MADE IN ENGLAND with Walter Moorcroft's monogram underglaze signature and cypher. Walter Moorcroft worked at Moorcroft from a young age, and took over after the death of William Moorcoft in 1945. Moorcroft pottery constantly explored different glazes even with their more popular patterns - the flambe is an interesting brown-orange colour. Pre 1960s Moorcroft still shows the fine quality hand painting with subtle shading in the leaves and flowers, and is understandably more popular with Moorcroft collectors. Flambe pieces are much less common than the blue or green background Moorcroft. It is in very good condition with no chips, cracks, losses, damage or repairs other than some overall crazing. This vase is vintge and signs of age and use must be expected.

A German porcelain chicken figural schnapps or liquor decanter with glasses or cups and tray from the 1920s. This set is in orange, green and yellow luster and the cork-lined stopper shaped like feathers lifts off to reveal a filling hole. It is fully hand painted, the chicken is 8-1/2" long, the two-handled tray is 9-5/8" long and the schnapps shot glasses stand 1-5/8" high and fit on indented circles on the tray. The chicken has an impressed 7791 and a few other stamped numbers, some glasses have impressed numbers and a few are incised GERMANY.
