An Edwardian 15k amethyst & pearls lavaliere from the 1905 era. A great example of fine Edwardian gold jewellery. It measures 20-3/4" and it is in 15k yellow gold. The stones include nice bezel set faceted natural amethysts and seed pearls, all mounted in an ornate 2-7/8 x 2" central drop. The drop is stamped 15Ct, and the replaced chain tests as 10k. This necklace weighs 8.4 grams and it is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than the chain replacement. A Victorian brass & glass fob with a Lord Kitchener medallion. This 5-1/4 x 1" brass and cut French Jet (black glass) watch fob has a swivel and it is complete with a later commemorative oval 1-3/4" x 1-1/4" pressed steel medallion depicting Lord Kitchener. The medal has a high relief portrait of Kitchener (1850-1916) with the legends FEARLESS NOBLE BRAVE AND TRUE and BRITAIN'S NOBLE SON. The fob and medallion are both in very good condition with some chips to the glass inserts, some minor denting and a patina of wear to the chain, and some loss and weathering to the plating on the steel medal. A 10k yellow gold signet ring with stylized letters 1900-1910. This size 4 gentleman's signet pinky ring measures 1/2" x 7/16" across the top and it has an applied letters monogram which is possibly JJS - it is done in such a way as to vaguely resemble a dollar sign. It is stamped with a maker's mark and 10K, and it weighs 3.0 grams. This item is in excellent condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs, but the band will need building up as it is a little thin. An early Art Deco 14k white and yellow gold watch chain with slip knot shape long links circa 1920. This vintage 15-1/4" long watchchain is unusual, each link has a slip-knot in the center. The links alternate between white and yellow gold. The spring-ring is a replacement, as unlike the rest of the chain which is 14k, it is 10k. The chain is stamped 585 (14K) on the loop near the swivel. The swivel is a moveable one, with s what appears to be an anchor. (tested for gold content, as it is otherwise unmarked). The watchchain weighs approximately 12.7 grams; it can be worn as a necklace or doubled for a bracelet, and it is in excellent vintage condition with no breaks, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs with the likely exception of the likely replacement of the spring-ring. A vintage c1910 top-hinged photo locket fob pendant in 14k yellow gold with an inset genuine antique European cut 12 point (by gauge) diamond. The back has an inscription stating: "PRESENTED TO T.A. EATON BY MEMBERS OF PASSENGER DEPT G.T.R. MARCH 1910", and it has a 14K gold mark. The famous Timothy Eaton family of Toronto were involved with the Grand Trunk Railroad at this time - it is most likely that T.A. Eaton was Thomas Alden Eaton, son of James Eaton and nephew of Timothy Eaton. He served and died in WWI and is buried in France. This locket has a photo of a military-clad man on the inside, it weighs 12.4 grams, and it is in excellent original condition with no bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than some shallow dents to each side.
