An Art Deco 14K diamond stick pin circa 1920s. This vintage stickpin has an approximately 7 point genuine round faceted diamond set in the top section which is white gold. The stone weight is estimated in setting, so it may be very slightly larger. The pin section is yellow gold and 2-1/4" in length. The top measures 1/4" across and all tests at 14 k. It weighs 0.8 grs., and it is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than a few nicks on the yellow gold shaft probably from a bulldog guard which is no longer present. The pin is pushed slightly out of alignment. An Art Deco 14k white gold amethyst ring from about 1920. This size 5 oval solitaire ring measures 5/8" x 1/2" across the top and it weighs 4.2 grams. It is stamped 14 K with an arrow maker's mark. The amethyst is a genuine natural stone, is approximately 4 carats in size (estimated in setting by gauge). The elegant scroll and engraving owes as much to the ornate style of the Edwardian period.
