A 12k yellow gold Victorian hair brooch pin circa 1850 1880. This 1-3/8 x 1-1/8" brooch has fine hand tooling and engraving and it features an oval beveled glass window with a retaining bezel. It contains a curl of brown hair and it has an MCP monogram on the back. It has a later gate latch clasp which is stamped 14K (replacing the original c-clasp) and this pin weighs 5.7 grams.
