A Victorian gold filled photo locket on a fancy rolled gold plate chain necklace from the 1870s 1880s. This necklace is unusual in that it is gold filled and not the typical sterling silver and it features yellow gold plate and a strip of fancy bordered rose gold plate setting off the design. It has a subtle matte finish and the rose gold is glossy and it opens up to show two (very faded) baby photos which both have annotations with names and the date 1900 as well as the paper lining, original glass windows and both bezels. The locket measures 2-1/4 x 1" (including bale) and it comes on a fancy 19" long and 5/16" wide rolled gold plated chain which has a springring clasp and a safety chain. The back of the locket is undecorated and this beauty is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, damage or repairs other than a small shallow dent on the back of the locket. A Victorian gold filled seed pearls photo locket with a long watch chain necklace from the 1890s. This attractive oval 1-5/8 x 3/4" (including bale) locket retains the two photo retaining bezels and it has two instant relatives included. The back is undecorated and the front has a lovely X-style design with graduated seed pearls. It has a satin finish and it comes with a slightly later J.Co. 1906 15 YRS gold filled chain with a swivel. "15 YRS." refers to the guarantee on the chain's gold plating to last for 15 years under normal use (similar to that used on watch cases). The chain itself measures 48-1/2" long (sans swivel) and it can be worn doubled as shown or full length (it will hang 24-1/4" long). A Victorian hand engraved sterling silver bangle with a double loop clasp. It features fine hand engraving on the shoulders beside the clasp which consists of a double loop in a hook and eye style. It has a fine safety chain anchored to a loop and it measures 2-3/8 x 1-7/8" across the interior and 5/16" wide. The chain has no second loop and it was probably soldered to the other loop as a retaining chain to the underside (where there is some solder) but it is now loose. This bangle is unmarked but tested and it weighs 12.2 grams. It is in very good condition with no dents, corrosion, damage or repairs other than the detachment of the chain and a small flattened area at the end of the engraving on one side. A Victorian jet bracelet with carving circa 1870-80. This genuine (tested) jet carved bracelet is in the Aesthetic style. It has elastic cord threading (re-strung)and it has a staggered orientation of the band's panels (possibly strung differently originally). The 1" across top panel and two flanking panels both have decorative carving, the rest are plain polished. This item is in fair vintage condition with the following issues: chipping to the thread mounting holes on the back of the center panel, some small edge chips to the bottom corners of the side panels, some tiny edge flakes and chips on the front edges of the side panels and one one other panel and a cracked side panel (the crack is tight and is held together by the elastic, and it can be glued if you wish). A Victorian ornate silver and gold plated watch chain circa 1870s. This antique ornate 13-5/8" watchchain is 7/16" wide and it consists of six nickel plated base metal oblong links with fine engraving. Each link is attached by thick loops. Every alternating link has gold plated engraved inserts held with three thin metal bands. It has a swivel and it is unsigned and unmarked.
