A Mexican sterling silver necklace and bracelet set by Artemio Navarrette. He was a master silversmith who worked for William Spratling, later producing jewelry under his own name. This 2 pc. set consists of the 7" length bracelet and the matching 15-1/4" length necklace. Each has a hook and eye clasp, they are made out of domed cutout 11/16" across segments. A Coro orange lucite cabochons and aurora borealis rhinestones bracelet from the 1950s. This stylish and well made 7-1/4 x 1-1/8" gold plated bracelet features amber or light orange plastic or lucite large cabochons mounted on links with cinnamon and amber rhinestones. The large aurora borealis stones in orange add mulitcolour flash. It has a safety chain with a springring clasp, it has a snapover clasp and all stones are claw-set. The orange cabs alternate from clear to opaque and it is signed CORO. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, damage or repairs other than some minor surface scratching to the cabs. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are vintage or antique and may have slight signs of gentle use.
