| A simple and elegant genuine Art Deco period size 4-1/2 ring with a tested natural amethyst stone c1920s-30. This ring features a claw-set 3/8" x 5/16" facetted stone of an unusual cushion cut variation. This ring weighs 2.1 grams, and it is stamped 14K with an as-yet unidentified maker's mark. The ring upper surrounding the amethyst is white gold with a fine ornate design, and the shank is yellow gold. It is in excellent original condition with no cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than a pin point sized chip to one facet edge (only visible only under a 10X loupe). All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are vintage or antique and may have slight signs of gentle use.
