| A beautiful and stylish genuine Art Deco period size 4-1/4 ring in 14k white gold, featuring a tested natural emerald surrounded by baguette synthetic sapphires. The stones are original - the use of synthetic sapphires (and rubies) in the 1920s was quite common - the synthetics are top quality and perfectly matched, which was usually why synthetics were chosen above natural sapphires at the time, as matched natural sapphires were difficult to acquire in any quantity at the time. The emerald is 20 points by gauge. The top measures 5/16" across, it has nice hand engraved leaves, and this ring weighs 3.2 grams. It tests as 14k (the mark is obscured/illegible), and this ring is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are vintage or antique and may have slight signs of gentle use. trackable surface shipping to the U.S. starts at $12.50 (other spots may vary) - insured is higher, and mandatory on items over $85 if paid with a credit card.
