| An unframed 15-1/4" x 11-1/4" watercolour on paper by George S. Culley (Canadian, 1923-2000) depicting a house with boat ramp on a lake. This picture is signed and dated 1976. It is not titled, but is most likely an Ontario Canada setting. It is in excellent original condition with no foxing, staining, bends, tears, losses, damage or repairs. It is signed G.S. Culley '76 on the lower right. Please note that there are some blank spots around the edge from the thumbtacks used by the artist to mount the paper to the easel. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are secondhand and may have slight signs of gentle use. Small packet surface shipping to the U.S. starts at $8 (other spots may vary) - insured is higher, and mandatory on items over $100 if paid with a credit card.
