| An attractive Victorian period 9k yellow gold 18-7/8" watch chain necklace. This necklace has a large spring-ring catch, suitable for holding a period locket or pendant watch. It has a lovely ornate design of chain link, which probably dates to the 1860s. This example is (indistinctly) marked on the springring (it has been tested and is guaranteed), and it weighs 10.1 grams. It is in excellent condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are vintage or antique and may have slight signs of gentle use.
