| A hard to find pair of vintage Victorian Aesthetic sterling silver pierced earrings c1870s-80s. These 1" (to top of silver ball) and 1/2" wide earrings feature fine hand engraving depicting the popular bird and geometric panel motifs from the Aesthetic period, they weigh 2.8 grams and they are unmarked (but tested). This pair is in excellent original condition with no bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than a shallow 1/8" dent on the back of one earring. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are vintage or antique and may have slight signs of gentle use. Surface shipping to the continental U.S. starts at $6 (other spots may vary) - insured is higher, and mandatory on items over $85 if paid with a credit card.
