| A 1-1/4" across vintage 1920s sports award medal watch fob. The round soccer or football scene part of the fob is rivetted to the Maltese cross shaped base. The maltese cross section appears to have some blue paint in the centeres. It is stamped STERLING, and it weighs 7.9 grams. It depicts two soccer players running after a soccer ball. We have more of these silver fob medals; please check out our other listings. This item is in very good original condition except that the loop is slightly bent and the round soccer section has some bench/tool marks, probably from the original application, and the blue paint in the sides has flaked away in various spots. Otherwise in very good shape, with no breaks, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are secondhand and may have slight signs of gentle use.
