| A fine quality porcelain lamp with gilt metal mounts c1920s. In the Prattware style, this hand painted china lamp is most likely by Noritake, - we were unable to disassemble it for examination to say definitely. It has 3 colour Greek mythology-style portrait medallions and a Greek key band at the neck all on a deep and vibrant orange ground; it measures 12-1/2" from the base to the top of the decorative upper metal collar (excluding the 15-1/4" shaft, socket, harp and finial). It has a replaced socket body and it has been rewired in the past; it is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, crazing, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs (other than mentioned above). All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are secondhand and may have slight signs of gentle use. Surface shipping to the continental U.S. starts at $28 (other spots may vary) - insured is higher, and mandatory on items over $85 if paid with a credit card.
