| A nicely painted and tranquil 1920s-30s signed watercolour of a sailboat on a lake with islands and distant mountains. This 7-1/8" x 4-1/2" sight size picture is in the original gilt and painted wood embossed 10-1/4" x 7-1/2" frame with a gold mat. It is signed L. Livingston (unidentified), and it is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, fading, tears, staining, foxing, losses, damage or repairs. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are secondhand and may have slight signs of gentle use. Surface shipping to the continental U.S. starts at $12 (other spots may vary) - insured is higher, and mandatory on items over $85 if paid with a credit card.
