| A bright and colourful glass beaded purse with silver plated mounts c1900-10. This 6-1/2" beaded bag measures 8-1/2" from the top of the clasp to the bottom of the beaded fringe. The colours are bright and vivid and include cobalt blue, yellow, pink, red, green, forest green and clear, and it has an intact shiny fabric interior. This item is in very good original condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, damage or repairs other than some wear to the silverplating, a few strands of fringe missing and some loose but intact beadwork on one lower edge and at one mount. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are secondhand and may have slight signs of gentle use. Surface shipping to the continental U.S. is $8 (other spots may vary) - insured is higher, and mandatory on items over $85 if paid with a credit card.
