| An attractive accessory for your dressing table c1900. This vanity item is a porcelain and gilt brass 3-3/8" diameter jewel casket with transfer decoration. Probably Austrian or German in manufacture, this unsigned box features transfer flowers on the inside as well; it is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, crazing, ends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than a bit of wobble at the hinge and some looseness of the top porcelain in the brass mount (easily secured if you wish). All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are secondhand and may have slight signs of gentle use. Surface shipping to the continental U.S. startsat $7.50 (other spots may vary) - insured is higher, and mandatory on items over $85 if paid with a credit card.
