| A nicely designed late Victorian 1-1/2" sterling silver coin holder, fully hallmarked for Birmingham, England 1890-1. This holder has two inner pinions, which would have mounted a bezel-set coin, which could be rotated around the axis. This pin has a loop for a safety pin and chain (not present) and it has a somewhat obscured maker's mark. It has a c-clasp, it weighs 4.4 grams, and it is in very good original condition with no scrapes, dents, monograms, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than some crushing or denting to half of the outer silver beads. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are secondhand and may have slight signs of gentle use. Surface shipping to the continental U.S. is $5 (other spots may vary) - insured is higher, and mandatory on items over $85 if paid with a credit card; items paid with a credit card will be shipped to confirmed addresses only.
