| An attractive and unusual Victorian Etruscan style rolled gold plate bar pin with an attached hand carved genuine sardonyx portrait cameo c1870-80. This 2-1/4" x 1/2" pin has ornate wirework and a c-clasp; it is unsigned and it is in very good original condition with no chips, cracks, scrapes, monograms, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than a bit of denting to the wirework curls above and below the cameo and some flattening to the c-clasp (all minor) and some solder anchoring the cameo (possibly an early repair). All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are secondhand and may have slight signs of gentle use. Surface shipping starts at $6 (to the US - other spots may vary) - insured is higher, and mandatory on items over $85 if paid with a credit card; credit card items will be shipped to confirmed addresses only.
