| A great looking late Edwardian period brooch or pin with fancy wirework and an opal and seed pearls, fully hallmarked Chester, England 1913-14. This 1-7/8" x 5/8" pin features a central natural opal in fiery blue, green and pink, flanked by natural graduated seed pearls; it has a fancy reeded edge and applied wirework. It weighs 4.4 grams, it has a small loop for a safety chain, and it is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, scrapes, dents, monograms, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than the resoldering of the pin.
