| A wild looking vintage Art Deco period silver dress clip with applied ball and leaf decoration and inset turquoise c1930s. This 2" x 1-1/8" clip is not stamped, so we assume it is silver plated, and the spring loaded clip has a patent number 1852188 (for the spring clip, which was granted a US patent to E. Phinney in 1932) on the back. The turquoise pieces are genuine turquoise, and they are set into a very dark resin. It is in excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than some very minor edge wear to the silver plating on the clip.
