| A small, well made vintage Algonquin tribal covered sweetgrass and fine ash splint basket with indigo blue twisted splint highlights c1930s. It measures 4-1/4" across and 3" high and it has indigo blue stain on the interior and a band of blue stained splint on the side and in the center of the lid. This item is in extremely fine original condition with no cracks, losses, damage or repairs; the blue colour is still vivid and it has only slightly faded to a mellower blue shade on the exterior (it is a true indigo blue, not green as in our pictures) and the sweetgrass is in excellent shape. Surface shipping is $6 (to the US - other spots may vary) - insured is higher, and mandatory on items over $85 if paid with a credit card. We do ship internationally.
