| A large and stunning pair of mid nineteenth century European porcelain centerpiece bowls in the form of swans. Made as dining room table decorations with an open center for flowers, fruit, etc., these large and beautifully detailed swans are probably German in origin (both are unmarked). They measure 12-1/2" long and they stand 10" high; they are finely detailed and are in a simple white glaze. They weigh approximately 4 pounds / a bit under 2 kilograms each. They are in very good original condition with no cracks, scrapes, damage or repairs other than a loss to the right foot of one and some bottom-only small craze lines and slight loss to the left foot on the other. Surface shipping is $45 (to the US - other spots may vary) - insured is higher, and mandatory on items over $85 if paid with a credit card. We do ship internationally.
