| A perfect Mother's day gift. This is a beautiful copy of "Paying Mother The Tribute Beautiful" by Margaret Hill McCarter, published in 1920 by Harper & Brothers, New York. This 9" x 4-1/4" book has 72 pages and it retains its original sleeve/presentation box. It has a two-colour cardstock cover with monochrome front and rear inside illustrations, as well as a few illustrations, one monochrome and the others black and white. It has five short essays and this lovely copy is in excellent original condition with only a few a couple of fox spots, mostly on the edge of the pages, a touch of bruising to the upper and lower edge of the cover (which overhangs the leaves); the slip case has a left-hand spine bend and small tear, a bit of left hand corner bruising, a bit of darkening, and an inked "Maude Gilmour" on the upper front cover. Overall a vintage book in superb original condition. Surface shipping is $5 (to the US - other spots may vary) - insured is higher, and mandatory on items over $85 if paid with a credit card.
