An 18k yellow gold wedding band ring from the 1890s. This size 7 ring is 3/16" wide, it weighs 2.2 grams and it is marked with a set of pseudo hallmarks including 18, J.S&S (unknown maker) and the P.W. Ellis mark (E in a maple leaf). Ellis was in business from 1877-1928, when it was bought out by Birks. This ring is in excellent condition with no monograms, dents, bends, corrosion, damage or repairs. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are vintage or antique and may have slight signs of gentle use.
