An Indonesian gilt sterling silver filigree garnet pin brooch circa 1900 1910. This finely crafted Edwardian 2-3/4 x 1-5/8" brooch features fine filigree wirework with applied decoration and ball dangles; it has a genuine bezel-set garnet stone as well. It has the original c-clasp, it is unsigned, it weighs 12.7 grams and it is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, damage or repairs other than some mellowing and light losses to the gilding. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are vintage or antique and may have slight signs of gentle use.
